You ask about the difference between the KJV 1611 Bible and the Prophecies (#90), from Raymond Aguilera, concerning where the mark of the Beast will be placed. One saying IN the hand, and the other saying ON the hand.

The Bible reads in The Book of Revelation 13:16 "And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads,"

Prophecy #90 reads in part ". . . . Then he is going to implement the Seal which is going to be placed on the foreheads of his puppets; which He'll control and manipulate to do his bidding. If you value your Spiritual Life do not take the Seal of the Beast. For the Seal of the Beast will mean the end of the end for you. So beware of the Seal that will be placed on your hand or on your forehead. . . . . . . "

Answer:
Yes, I noted that years ago when I first read prophecy 90. It is true that the KJV 1611 says in Rev. 13:16 that the mark will be IN the hand or IN the forehead. The only thing that I can think of in this regard is that the word in Greek that was translated 'IN' can also be translated 'ON', and is translated that way many places in the Bible. Is this saying that the translators made a mistake? No! Is this saying that the prophecy is in error? No!

Consider this possibility. I say possibility, I do not know that this is true or will be true, but somehow I feel that this is what will happen..

While typing this, it came to mind that while the mark will be IN the hand or IN the forehead, and this is possible today. For they have transceivers (radio transmitter) so small now that they can be injected just under the skin with a hypodermic needle. This can then be only read by a machine, and you can not give it to someone else to use, so only someone who has one implanted in them can buy or sell, by passing their hand or forehead, with the transponder, under the machine to validate the purchase. Yet, I can also see that those who have the mark IN their hand or forehead may also have a mark printed ON the outside of the hand, or forehead, For this would make it easier to identify at a glance, those who have the mark and who does not. This might be necessary for the police and military who would be trying to identify those who do not have the mark. Under this possibility, a person would have BOTH the mark IN the hand/forehead and ON the hand/forehead. The outside mark can be counterfeited but the injected transponder radio just under the skin of the hand or forehead can not be counterfeited. For to counterfeit this transponder placed under the skin would be the same as accepting the Mark of the Beast.
